Ancillary Meeting Information  

If you wish to reserve a room and book catering for your pre AGM’07 event please complete the following reservation form in full.

Meeting rooms are available at the Beijing International Convention Center during the following times:

November 26th thru December 2nd, from 0800 to 1900 hrs.
December 3rd & 4th from 1230 to 1400 hrs*   No more space available

*Centers, Challenge Programs and System Office Units will have the opportunity to hold ancillary meetings during the lunch breaks on December 3rd (Centers and Members Day) and on December 4th (Stakeholder Meeting/Science Forum) between 1230 and 1400 hrs.
