Ancillary Meeting Information
If you wish to reserve a room and book catering for your pre AGM08 event please complete the following reservation form in full.
Meeting rooms are available at the Joaquim Chissano International Conference Centre during the following times:
November 24th thru November 29th, from 0800 to 1900 hrs.
There is no more meeting space available on November 30th.
*The Alliance Executive has requested that, in order to maintain the focus of AGM08 on the Change Initiative, all ancillary meetings scheduled by Centers and CPs on December 1 and 2 be rescheduled or cancelled.
To reserve an ancillary meeting space, please click below. All meeting rooms booked on this site are on a first-come, first-served basis.
*Please note: If you are planning to attend the Annual General Meeting, you must also fill out an AGM Registration form located on the first page.
